REFUND POLICY
Once you place an order, it cannot be edited or canceled as all our orders are personalized. Therefore, we recommend that you carefully review your order before placing it. In case you have any questions or concerns or have noticed any mistakes in your order, please feel free to contact us directly at refunds@me2art.com. Our team will do their best to assist you in any way possible.
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned and you may need to make changes to your order. However, please note that once your order is placed and our artists start working on it, we are unable to cancel or make a full refund. If you need to cancel your order, we can offer you a partial refund, where $30 (the price of the digital design) will be deducted from the full refund as work has already been put in.
If your order has been produced, we cannot offer any type of refund. Additionally, if your order includes a digital product that has already been delivered to you by email, it is not possible to make a refund for this product.
If you would like us to draw a new design from a different photo, we can do so for a fee of $15 per new photo. This is because we will need to start a new drawing from scratch. If you have any questions or concerns about returns, exchanges, or cancellations, please don’t hesitate to contact us at refunds@me2art.com.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange for a damaged product, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product. We will provide a replacement for any damaged products without any additional charges. To qualify for the replacement, you will need to provide photos of the damaged parts of the product. We won’t accept any requests for replacement after 30 days.
